Hospitality Internship for the young professional

We are a leading Cultural Exchange agency that connects applicants with high-end employers in various states across the United States of America. 


The J1 Intern Program is engineered to to increase participants' abilities, broaden their knowledge of American business techniques, methodologies, and technology. 

This program is not designed for regular employment nor should it replace the native American workers. 

The purpose is to be a platform that helps the participants'  to learn more and have a better understanding of the American culture, while also enhancing Americans' knowledge of their culture, customs and practices. 


As the participant achieve the program's objective through this Cultural Exchange program, the participants' will help to promote mutual understanding while building global knowledge, skills and friendships.

Any individual who has completed a hospitality certification MUST apply for the Hospitality Internship programme within 0-12 months after they have completed their studies. 

The hospitality certification can be an associate degree or a bachelor's degree, masters degree, diploma, level 2 and above course at HEART TRUST NTA.


Additional Requirements

1. Valid passport

3. Updated resume (must include all hospitality related work and qualifications)

The participant will be issued the documents below for their embassy interview.


1. Ds Form 2019 (work permit)

2. Ds Form 7002 (Training Plan)

3. Sevis Receipt (payment to US Department of State

4. Travel Insurance

5. Copy of the valid Job Offer Form

6. Ds 160 Non-immigrant Confirmation page

7. Interview appointment confiormation      

     page

8. Valid passport

10. A copy of your certified transcript

1. The Internship programme has been helping thousands of young professionals from around the world to travel to the United States of America and many have testified of their great experience.

2. The programme is structured to rotate the participate in various job positions during the training period.

3.The programme comes with paid jobs among a host of other benefits to the participants.

7. The participant gets to be independent by learning to live on their own, work and pay bills.

8. You will get a work permit, Social Security Number, J1 Work Visa.

9. Your spouse, children could get the J visa and travel with you. 

In addition, your J1 visa will have multiple entries which will allow you to visit home or any other countries during your programme.

10. During the programme, the participant can travel to other countries and return to the USA.

Non-refundable registration fee:  JM$2,500.00


Programme fee:     US$2,800.00 (total if paid in full)

Deposit required    US$600.00 (included in the programme fee)


What is included?

3. Seramil and the J1 sponsor's support fee

4.Travel Insurnance

5. Copy of the valid Job Offer Form


What is not included?

1. Sevis (non-refundable payment made directly to US Department of State? US$220

2. Visa fee

3. Transportation 

4. Accommodation


Payment Plan

The particpant pays the deposit above in order to start the application process. Upon selecting the payment plan method, the participant will be required to make monthly installment payments in accordance with the sponsor's terms until the balance is cleared.


Employer Payment Plan

This is where the employer finances the entire programme fee and do a salary deduction with the participant throughout their entire programme or until the fee is repaid.


Refund Policy

Cancellation- Part Refund

Visa Denial- Part Refund

Visa Granted- No Refund

Travel to the USA- No Refund
